We finally made it to Lompoc (48 miles of riding today) and had some fosters freezers for dinner thanks sharon for the tip...climbed some monster hills. There were huge wind gusts and a scary tunnel. It's kind of chilly here so we all bought UCLA hats to stay warm on our walk back from dinner. Jesse twisted his ankle slightly walking in the dark but is fine thankfully and somehow managed to break his rack. We will stop at a bike shop first thing in the AM.

Haha, glad Foster's was a good tip. Yeah, that tunnel isn't fun to drive through, I can't imagine biking it...
